Selection Process

The selection process shall consist of a Written Test (wherever specified) and a Personal Interview of shortlisted candidates (Weightage for the Written test- 70% and for Personal interview – 30%), according to the NSIC Recruitment 2023 Details. The exam patterns are mentioned below:

Salary Details

  • NSIC offers a very attractive pay package for its upcoming employees. Selected candidates will be paid in the range of Rs. 30,000 – 2,20,000 per month.
  • Several allowances and benefits are also included in the remuneration package, including a house rent allowance (HRA), Medical Benefits, and various advances.
