Vacancy Details:

National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) invites applications for recruitment of 2 manager-IT posts.

Tenure of Engagement:

The appointment shall be purely permanent basis and salary will be increased subject to mutual consent and satisfactory performance. Selected candidates are liable to be posted to any Unit/Area/Place under the control of National Highways Authority of India or any Joint Venture / Associate / located in different States / Union Territories of India.

By deputation from candidates holding core I.T. related posts in a Central / State Govt. Deptt/ Autonomous Body / PSU possessing the qualifications and 4 years’ service in the grade rendered after appointment.

Age Limit:

The Candidate would not be exceeding 56 years.

Educational Qualification:

Minimum required experience in Computer Programming / Software / System Design /System / Integration related work on any IT project.

BE / B Tech. in Computer Science / Information Technology or specialized equivalent qualification from a recognized University.

OR

MBA (Information System / Information Technology) / Advance or Post Graduate Diploma in Computer Applications / Advanced Computing / Mobile Computing/ IT Infrastructure. System and Security.

Pay Package/Remuneration:

The Company offers pay scale of ₹ 56,100-₹ 78,800 for this managerial position. Perquisites/allowance shall be as per company’s policy.

Duly filled-in print-out of the ONLINE application, forwarded by parent department of the applicant along with the prescribed ‘Verification Certificate’ and photocopy of APARs/ACRs for the last five (05) years, should reach NHAI at the following address, on or before 02 days prior to the Selection Committee Meeting.

Apply Procedure:

1. Interested candidates fulfilling the above laid down eligibility criteria are required to apply online in the registration format available in the attached link.

2. While submitting the online application; the system would generate ‘Registration No.’ on top of online form filled up by the candidate. Note down this “Registration No.” and quote it for all further communication.

3. While filling up the required details, candidates are advised to carefully and correctly fill the details of “Identity Proof”. Candidates are also advised to note the same and ensure the availability of the same Identity Proof as it will be required to be produced in original at later stages of selection.

4. After filling up the required details under the “Fill/ Modify Application Form”, candidate should submit the application.

Documents to be submitted by candidates at the time of filling the application form: 

i) Appropriate certificate in support of Date of Birth

ii) Candidates are required to fill all the details on-line and upload all the relevant documents/ certificates as per the requirement

iii) Before applying their online application, candidates are advised to keep the soft copy of the documents i.e. (a) recent passport size photograph (b) 10th certificate (c) Certificates in support of Qualification (d) Caste/Category Certificate, SC/ST/OBC(NCL)/EWS/Disability Certificate etc. as applicable (e) Aaddhar Card No. (f) Mobile No., (g) email id (h) Scanned signature etc

iv) Caste /Tribe/ Community/ Disability/Economic status certificate in case of candidates belonging to SC/ST/OBC/PWD/EWS respectively. Candidates claiming reservation under any of the above categories are required to submit the certificate in the prescribed format.

v) If you have Post qualification work experience certificate/s from previous / current employer. Where current employment certificate is not produced, the Offer of current appointment, Employee ID proof and latest pay slip should be compulsorily enclosed. 

Selection Procedure:

The weightage distribution of various parameters of the selection shall be as under:

Selection will be based on Personal Interview.

The final selection of candidates shall be in the order of merit based on the marks scored by the candidates in the Personal Interview, subject to scoring the minimum qualifying marks prescribed, ensuring due reservation. In case of higher response for any particular post, management reserves the right to conduct Screening Test.

Candidates belonging to any categories are exempted from paying application fee.
