Assistant Manager-Operation: To provide technical support to manufacturing operations by providing identified infrastructure support within the identified timelines and to optimize utilization of space and equipment in factory. Analyzing and strive for improvement in MTBF and MTTR for mechanical breakdowns in soap/shampoo area. Manager – Projects: Responsible for making the CAPEX plan for the business for the year in the areas of productivity improvement, quality improvement, capacity enhancement , debottlenecking ,routine replacement and energy/water conservation & Renewable energy .Responsible for successful implementation of the project for the business across factories by effective coordination between factory project leads well with in time and cost to meet the stated objectives of the project. Educational Qualification:

  • Graduation/Post graduation in HR specialisation is required for HR.
  • Master’s/MBA in accounting or Finance/ CA Preferred for Finance.
  • mechanical engineering  or electrical engineering & process engineering is required for project.
